TradieSync is an introductory platform only. Our sole role is to connect homeowners with independent tradespeople. We do not perform any trade work, supervise any projects, or act as an agent or employer of any tradie listed on our platform.

Quotes Are Estimates

Any quote, price, or estimate provided through TradieSync is supplied by the tradie themselves, not by TradieSync. These are estimates only and may change based on the actual scope of work. TradieSync makes no representation about the accuracy or completeness of any quote.

Customers should always confirm the final scope and price directly with the tradie before any work begins.

No Responsibility for Work Performed

TradieSync is not responsible for any work carried out by tradies found through our platform. This includes, but is not limited to:

• The quality or standard of work performed
• Any damage caused to property during or after the job
• Delays, cost overruns, or disputes between customers and tradies
• Any personal injury arising from the work

Any disputes must be resolved directly between the customer and the tradie.

No Endorsement

Listing on TradieSync does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of any tradie. Customers are solely responsible for assessing whether a tradie is suitable for their job, verifying their credentials, and checking their insurance.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradieSync, its directors, employees, and agents accept no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of this platform or any services arranged through it.
